The Pilot Programme on the Enhanced Use of Country Results Frameworks
Based on discussions amongst its members in 2013-2014, the Global Partnership Initiative on Results and Mutual Accountability (GPI R&MA) decided to initiate a pilot programme to find ways to enhance the use of Country Results Frameworks (CRF). The programme was launched in January 2015 at the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (GPEDC) planning workshop.
The programme was country-based and piloted from January 2015 to January 2017 in more than 20 countries in the African, the Asia-Pacific and Latin America and the Caribbean regions. It was coordinated by three regional platforms that were all working on development effectiveness. The roles of the regional platforms were to stimulate inter-country exchanges and learning, and to link country conclusions to the global level policy dialogue.
