The Fourth High Level Forum in Busan emphasised the importance of development partners (DP) and partner countries to be mutually accountable for the achievement of development results.  These days, the concept of mutual accountability is being discussed in the development community; because of the emphasis on multi-stakeholder arrangements, the concept of ‘collective’ accountability is on the rise. Each organisation involved in achieving development results is to be held accountable. But how to make this practical?
